Chocolate Banana Pudding

This quick and easy chocolate banana pudding is going to suffice your sweet cravings within no time. It won't take hours like other desserts to put together, if you make it prior to making your meals it will be ready by dessert time...yes its that quick... I didn't use any fancy add ons or any special recipe to making this it was just some boxed ingredients put together and it turned out yummyyyy. I made it for my mom on Mother's day yesterday and she really loved it.

The best part of this is anyone can make it even if you want some fun cooking activity with your kids without creating huge mess go for it. No cooking, no turning on the gas easy as 1,2,3... So without further delays below are the ingredients and a quick recipe.

PREP TIME- 20 MINS COOK TIME- Chill for an hour or 2 SERVES- 6 CUPS

1 3.4 oz box Vanilla Jello Instant Pudding & Pie Filling

1 Table spoon chocolate powder

Pinch of Cinnamon Powder

Pinch of Nutmeg Powder

2 Cups Whole Milk (really cold)

1 Box Nilla Vanilla Wafers

Chocolate Syrup

1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts chopped small

2-3 Bananas sliced

*Take the pudding mix and empty it in a large bowl. Add in the chocolate powder, pinch of nutmeg powder and pinch of cinnamon powder. Mix well till everything is nicely incorporated together. Whisk in the chilled cold milk and keep stirring till you get a smooth pudding like consistency.

* The pudding will nicely set and come together in 5-6 mins. Now time to layer the pudding.

* In your desired bowl or glass drizzle the chocolate syrup at bottom, layer some NILLA WAFERS, then large spoonful of pudding, then some slices of bananas and repeat the layers as desired.

* Finish the top layer with some pudding and decorate it with some chocolate syrup, chopped peanuts and some roughly crushed wafers. Chill in fridge for an hour before eating for best taste. Enjoy.

NOTE- You can even make this simple vanilla banana pudding if you don't like chocolate. Just make the Jello Vanilla Pudding as per box instructions and Layer some caramel syrup instead of chocolate, Nilla wafers & banana slices and repeat the layers till you desire.
